Day: 1 Kilimanjaro International Airport:
Meet and greet by representative at Kilimanjaro Airport, short briefing and transfer to Arusha. A drive that will take approximately 1 hour. Upon arrival at your hotel you will be checked in for overnight at Arusha Serena Hotel.
Day: 2 Arusha – Lake Manyara National Park:
Pick up from your hotel after breakfast at 0800hrs and drive to Lake Manyara National Park to arrive in good time for lunch at your Lodge or Camp. Proceed for afternoon game drive in the park famous for its tree climbing lions. Dinner and overnight at your lodge / Camp.
Day: 3 Lake Manyara – Serengeti National Park:
Early morning game drive then return to the lodge for breakfast. Depart the lodge and proceed to Serengeti passing through Ngorongoro Conservation Area and Olduvai Gorge, the archeological site where ancient fossils were discovered by Dr. Richard Leakey. Lunch at your booked Lodge /Camp.Afternoon game drive in the park until sunset when you will return to the lodge for diner and overnight.
Day: 4 Serengeti National Park:
A full day with morning and afternoon game drives to explore the plains of the vast Serengeti National Park, Dinner and overnight at your lodge /Camp. Serengeti is easily Tanzania’s most famous national park, and it’s also the largest, at 14,763 square kilometres of protected area that borders Kenya’s Masai Mara Game Park. It is the Migration for which Serengeti is perhaps most famous. Over a million wildebeest and about 200,000 zebras flow south from the northern hills to the southern plains for the short rains every October and November, and then swirl west and north after the long rains in April, May and June. So strong is the ancient instinct to move that no drought, gorge or crocodile infested river can hold them back. The Wildebeest travel through a variety of parks, reserves and protected areas and through a variety of habitat.Join us to explore the different forms of vegetation and Landscapes of the Serengeti ecosystem and meet some of their most fascinating inhabitants.
Day: 5 Serengeti – Ngorongoro Conservation Area:
Breakfast in your lodge or Camp, depart with picnic lunch and drive to Ngorongoro conservation area. Upon arrival at Ngorongoro descend down the floor of the crater for afternoon game drive. In the evening exit the crater and drive to Karatu, check at your lodge or Camp.
Day: 6 Ngorongoro – Arusha:
Breakfast in your Lodge/camp then depart to Arusha,Lunch at Arusha Coffee Lodge. Transfer to Kilimanjaro International flight for your onward international flight or drop off at your Hotel
